The 23-year-old stepped out at Celine at The Wiltern event on December 8 in a matching top and miniskirt, but her new hair color grabbed most of the attention, as it’s now a bright, vibrant orange.

But Phillippe’s fashion statement didn’t stop there, as her outfit was just as daring. She paired a black and white striped miniskirt with a short-sleeved crop top left unbuttoned, revealing a black bikini top underneath.
