Like it or not, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner will have to move out of their luxurious Miami condo in the Arte Building. The couple, who moved here after Donald Trump’s loss in the 2020 presidential election, rented the exotic apartment while the Indian Creek Island mansion was built. There doesn’t seem to be any progress on construction, so it’s unclear where they’ll land once the condo sells for $18.8 million.
The Arte building is all about A-list amenities for its ultra-rich. That means Ivanka, Jared and their three children, Arabella, 11, Joseph, 9, and Theodore, 6, could make the most of the indoor pool and game room, while mom and dad enjoyed the wellness center with yoga studio. , steam room and gym. If that’s not enough, there’s a recreation room, an outdoor pool, a meditation pool and tennis courts for a day of love-set-match.
While interior photos of their 7,000-square-foot condo aren’t available (sorry), there is a snapshot of the couple’s ocean view — which, of course, is spectacular. We’re sure they’ve enjoyed every minute of the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home, but it’s time to move on. Check out where Ivanka and Jared have called home over the past few years, and check out pictures from Dirt.
