Holiday Travel and Weather Conditions Affecting the Palm Springs Airport | Bot To News

There have been delays for various airlines across the country.

At Palm Springs International Airport, “we have several delays and two canceled flights due to the storm,” says Daniel Meier, the airport’s deputy director of aviation. “Many airlines offer rebooking options, but we cannot speak on behalf of the airlines.”

Check the status of PSP airlines

Statement from Palm Springs International Airport Officials:

‚ÄúSeveral flights were delayed at PSP due to the weather at the airports being affected by the storm. We encourage travelers to check with their airlines for the most up-to-date flight information and options for rebooking their flights. For those flying this week, we forecast this to be our busiest holiday travel season on record, and we ask travelers to arrive at least 2.5 hours early to check bags and 90 minutes early with carry-on baggage only. We also ask travelers to consider taking a taxi or uber/lyft to the airport, as parking demand may exceed our parking lot capacity.”
