Today’s forecast:
High temperatures will be near average for this time of year throughout southern Colorado. Today there will be a little breeze with dry and sunny weather.

Colorado Springs Forecast: High: 46; Bass: 22. Sunny and seasonal today with a S wind at 10 mph gusting to 20 mph.

Forecast Pueblo: High: fifty; Bass: 15. Sunny and mild today with a S wind 5-10 mph gusting to 20 mph.

Canon City Forecast: Tall: 48; Bass: 30. Sunny today with SSE wind at 10 mph gusting to 15-20 mph.

Woodland Park Forecast: Tall: 43; Bass: 26. Clear skies today with a SW wind at 15 mph gusting to 25 mph.

Tri-Lakes Forecast: Tall: 46; Bass: 23. Sun today with winds from the S of 15 mph gusting to 25 mph.

Plains Forecast: Tall: 40s/50s; Bass: teens/20s High 40-50 degrees with sun today and wind from the S at 10-15 mph.

Walsenburg and Trinidad Forecast: Tall: 50/50; Bass: 28/28. Breezy and sunny today with dry weather.

Mountain Forecast: High: 40 years; Bass: teens/20s A gusty day but with sunny conditions and clear skies in the mountain valleys.

Extended Outlook Forecast:
Sunday will bring increased heat and fire danger. Fire weather alerts are in effect for Sunday up and down the I-25 corridor from the Trinity Monument. Temperatures will be about 10 degrees warmer on Sunday than today! Monday starts off good but then turns windy with a cold front in the late afternoon and early evening. This cold front brings light snow showers overnight into Tuesday morning. Then starting Tuesday temperatures will be below average and in the 20s or 30s for highs through next weekend.
