CHICAGO (CBS) — A cold, drenching rain is on the way tonight. Steady rain arrives after dark first in the far western suburbs, then in the city between 9 and 10 p.m.
Possibly a light break in the morning with steady downpours again in the afternoon into the evening. This large area of low pressure moves slowly.
By the time it passes, and we are in the cold sector, the source of moisture is almost gone, so we expect only gusts on Thursday and snow showers on Friday.
TONIGHT: RAIN. UNDER 38.
WEDNESDAY: WINDY AND WET. HIGH 46.
THURSDAY: RAIN. HIGH 39.
